Acceptance
By creating an account or using IntelliResume, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You need a valid email to sign up, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use IntelliResume. One person, one account — don't share logins or create accounts for other people.
Acceptable use
Use IntelliResume in good faith. Don't:
- Upload content that isn't yours or that you don't have rights to.
- Impersonate someone else or fabricate credentials.
- Abuse AI features to generate illegal, harassing, or deceptive content.
- Try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent rate limits.
- Resell the service or wrap it into a competing product.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You own what you put into IntelliResume — your Master Profile, resumes, and application notes are yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you (including sending it to AI processors when you invoke AI features).
AI disclaimer
AI features produce suggestions, not guarantees. We don't promise that using IntelliResume will get you interviews, offers, or any particular outcome. Always review AI output before you send it — LLMs occasionally get details wrong, and you are the final editor of anything you submit to an employer.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate refunds for partial periods. Prices may change — we will give you advance notice before any increase takes effect on your account.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue a feature. On termination, the sections that naturally survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) remain in effect.
Warranties
IntelliResume is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every need you have. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost opportunities, lost income, or missed job offers. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that venue.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
